Jewelry is one of the oldest forms of self-expression. Before written language, people adorned themselves with shells, stones, and natural materials to mark identity, status, and meaning. Thousands of years later, not much has changed — we still wear what matters, and pass it forward. A ring for a promise. A pendant from a grandmother. A band that never comes off.
JMorris Studio was founded by a jeweler who grew up inside the craft. She soldered her first ring at 13, later studied jewelry design, and taught at the university level. Her work expanded into global manufacturing, where she helped modernize how jewelry is designed and produced through CAD/CAM technology.
For years, she helped other jewelers serve their customers, improving how jewelry was made, designed, and delivered at scale. But something was missing: she wasn't close to the people wearing it. JMorris Studio was built to bridge that gap, to move from the systems of jewelry back to the moments it lives in. That's JMorris Studio.

Customer Service
We want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it for you.
We aim to be your local jeweler, just online. When you reach out, you're speaking with someone who knows your order, not a script.
If something isn't perfect, we'll make it right. Need to adjust a setting or swap a diamond? We'll work with you until it meets the standard you deserve. That's our promise.
Returns
We want you to feel confident in what you choose and comfortable reaching out if something isn't right.
Stocked items, including loose diamonds and classic bands, may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Items must be unworn and include original packaging and documentation.
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you. If a return is needed within 10 days, a $350 metal recovery fee applies. This fee covers reclaiming the precious metal. Items must be unworn with original packaging and documentation.
If a made-to-order piece doesn't feel quite right after wear, we offer exchanges and redesigns within 10 days. You can choose a different diamond, setting, or design, and we'll remake it. If you choose to upgrade to a larger diamond or additional metal, you'll simply pay the difference.
Lab grading reports and certificates must be included with all returns. A $150 replacement fee applies for missing documentation.
Exchanges, redesigns, and warranty services are provided at JMorris Studio's discretion.
Resizing
We want your ring to fit perfectly from the start. If it doesn't, we've got you covered.
Every ring purchase includes one complimentary resizing within the first year, up or down two sizes. Not sure about your size? We'll send you a free ring sizer before you order so you can get it right the first time.
Additional fees may apply for bands wider than 4mm due to the extra material involved. Eternity bands and certain ring designs cannot be resized due to their construction.
Shipping
Every order ships free within the United States, fully insured from our door to yours. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. For returns and exchanges, we provide a prepaid, insured return label so your jewelry remains protected both ways.

Warranty
We stand behind every piece we make.
If your jewelry has a craftsmanship defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This includes loose stones, setting failure, and structural issues. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of your jewelry.
Jewelry worn every day benefits from routine care to keep everything secure and looking its best. We offer prong tightening, re-tipping, polishing, and cleaning. Maintenance and repair services are available anytime, simply reach out to our team.
This warranty does not cover loss, theft, impact damage, or modifications made by another jeweler.
